This will leave you with more time to focus on business expansion by building relationships with local trade customers, including national accounts clients in your area; motivating and developing your team; local marketing; and adding further vans when the time is right to grow.

With large territories and low overheads, Revive! Franchise territories are designed to enable growth to a minimum of five vans. The trading area includes a strong core base of care dealerships and a population of up to 250,000 people. This means you can grow without acquiring a further larger territory. Instead, you can simply add more vans to your fleet to see better returns on your investment.

Stage 1: Launch

You will begin with two technicians and two vans working from your home office. The main focus during this stage is marketing and building relationships with local dealerships. Stage 2: Growth

Your waiting list will ultimately approach three to four weeks and this is when you an add your third technician/van. Next up, your fourth tech/van will essentially follow the same stage as mentioned above as demand grows.

Stage 3: Change gear

When you reach the AGP, you will be working towards rapidly scaling up your business. This will entail building up to 12 technicians/vans with two support staff. Depending on your commitment, drive and ambition, you could be reaching £1 million in sales with around 20% net profit. At this stage, you are considered a successful business owner, who is responsible for maintaining the standards and culture in your team.

Stage 4: Extend / Exit

At stage four, you will be able to develop your territory further and build a multimillion-pound business.
