Apart from the franchise fee, the overall initial investment will range from $500,000 to $600,000. This amount includes items such as the restaurant construction, kitchen equipment, furniture, signage, POS system as well as opening food inventory. 

Prospective franchisees should have a high credit score and access to liquid capital of $200,000. You are also welcome to bring a partner on board to help you split or share the costs.
