When you sign your franchise agreement with X-Press, you can choose from a five or 10-year option for the duration of your business and this can be renewed. In return, you get a business model that is resilient to economic fluctuations, offers a low-risk business, the opportunity to run the operation from home with low overheads and a vast scope to grow into a large, office-based organisation.
On a daily basis, you will nurture relationships with legal clients and local councils, compile accurate reports and implement their marketing strategy. You will receive exclusive rights to a territory either in England or in Wales. These locations typically have real potential for growth.
While you will always receive support from the head office, you will also have access to a comprehensive IT and broadband package, access to our dedicated IT team who provide remote support, X-Press branded stationery and your first marketing event. In return, you’ll need to secure your own transport, mobile phone and office facility.
Who Are They Looking For?
The ideal X-Press franchisee doesn’t need to have legal qualifications. Instead, you’ll get training that’s certified by the Institute of Leadership Management. This is provided for the life of the business. What is important, however, is that you have a fastidious nature and strong communication skills. Other positive attributes to have include being tech-savvy as well as flexible and independent.
