Training and Support

When you choose a PerCurra franchise to operate, you will get a host of benefits to help you get started. Initially, there is a six-month training programme with ongoing support that is tailored to your needs. Part of the training will take place at head office and other parts will be delivered in-territory. But further to this, you’ll also get ongoing support and advice in developing your business. This includes launch support, too. What’s more is that there is business development support as well which comes in the form of a dedicated recruiter to help you onboard new staff as and when you are ready to expand your business. In addition, you’ll receive bespoke mentoring to help you meet your business growth goals and objectives.

Further to this, you will receive a series of materials, information and systems that help you run your franchise which include technology to run a paperless office (meaning low overheads), Care Quality Commission registration and compliance support, marketing materials and business stationery as well as a phone system for your first year.
