The Franchise Offering

As mentioned above, franchisees can take advantage of three income streams in one franchise package. These are domestic cleaning, home help and gardening. Each franchisee gets an exclusive geographically defined territory in which to operate. This territory has approximately 100,000 domestic households. For those interested in growing the cleaning arm of their business, you also have the option to extend your territory where around one-third of the network has already done this.

What’s more is that the Home Support package gives you everything you need to get started at a low investment amount. You get the first 40 customer leads allocated to you. You’ll be given an operations manual with a step-by-step guide on how to replicate the parent brand’s business in your area. Other materials include marketing materials and strategies as well as a hard copy of the “100 step Pathway to Success for new franchisees”.

What’s more is that you’ll also get 10,000 A6 premium flyers, a bespoke online database to manage your business, access to the franchisee Intranet, a corporate email address, multiple page entry onto the corporate website, Search Engine Optimisation, etc. In addition, you will not be expected to pay the low, fixed monthly fee in your first three months. On average, a cleaning franchise is expected to make in the region of £20,000 and £50,000 per annum after around three years (for the domestic cleaning market).
